About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to support an Enterprise Tele-Behavioral Health Clinical Services contract with the Defense Health Agency (DHA). In this role, you'll provide virtual behavioral health care to active-duty service members and their families, working within the Military Health System.

Shifts Available

• Euro Shift: Monday–Friday, 9 hours/day (1 hour unpaid lunch)

• IndoPac Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11 hours/day (1 hour unpaid lunch)

What You'll Do

• Provide brief, evidence-based virtual individual and group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients

• Develop, monitor, and document comprehensive treatment plans using the current DSM

• Complete Active Duty Profiles, Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) evaluations, fitness for duty determinations, and command consultations across Army, Air Force, and Navy

• Update patient documentation within 72 business hours post-appointment; same-day for high-visibility or higher-acuity patients

• Communicate TRICARE requirements and benefits to patients and maintain records in the approved electronic medical record system

• Participate in staff meetings for case discussion, continuing education, and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution

• Current, active, unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Social Work independently in a U.S. state, DC, commonwealth, or territory

• Two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker (candidates with less experience will be considered); experience within the MHS preferred

• Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross

• Must meet credentialing requirements and obtain relevant clinical privileges
