Ashlyn sparks

Ashlyn Sparks (she/her) is the Operations Assistant at The Maven Agency and supports the systems that keep client work, internal communication, and project workflows running smoothly. With a background in economics and experience in finance, data analytics, customer relations, and community programming, she brings a grounded mix of organization, clarity, and people-focused support to the team. Ashlyn works confidently across a range of common tools and platforms, including Squarespace, Fourthwall, Circle, Excel, the Microsoft and Google suites, QuickBooks, and more. Her work includes SEO updates, data and analytics reporting, and a wide variety of administrative and operational support across client projects.  

Ashlyn is guided by a genuine care for people and a belief that strong operations create better experiences for both clients and teams. She focuses on building structure that makes work easier while staying flexible and minding the important details that matter the most. Whether she is tracking metrics, improving processes, supporting clients directly, or stepping into new responsibilities, Ashlyn brings a steady presence and an eagerness to learn.
