Ashlyn Sparks (she/her) is the Lead Operations & Finance Coordinator at The Maven Agency. She manages the systems that keep client work, internal communication, and project workflows running smoothly.

With a background in economics and experience in financial management, data analytics, client relations, and consumer programming, she brings a unique mix of organization and focus to the team. Ashlyn works confidently across a range of well-known tools and platforms, including Squarespace, Fourthwall, Circle, Excel, the Microsoft and Google suites, QuickBooks, and more. Her work includes financial oversight of the firm, data and analytics reporting, and administrative and operational support across client projects.  

Ashlyn is guided by a genuine care for others and an unmatched ability to manage cross-team workflows, and improve production speeds. She focuses on building structures that make work easier while staying flexible and never skipping the details. Whether she is managing internal processes or supporting clients directly, Ashlyn is invaluable presence at The Maven Agency and brings an unmatched eagerness to learn and improve to any project she is on.
