Alyssa Edwards (she/her) has spent her career building healthcare operations that scale without losing quality of care. She has led the opening of more than 40 clinics, overseen $200M+ in revenue, and directed teams of over 2,000 across complex, multi-site healthcare organizations.

As part of an executive leadership team, Alyssa drove DeNovo growth strategy that took a healthcare organization from 35 to 125 clinics — expanding access, increasing revenue, and launching two new clinical service lines along the way.

Her expertise spans revenue cycle transformation, EMR strategy, and operational optimization, with a consistent focus on the metric most healthcare leaders struggle to move: retention. Alyssa builds the systems and culture that keep clinical and operational teams in place, performing, and growing.
